Mr & Mrs B contacted us to provide a quotation to remove Two unusable conservatories/greenhouses. I say greenhouses because that’s what almost all conservatories are good for.

In our experience you only get about 3 months of use from a conservatory, the rest of the year it is providing either a massive solar gain (uncomfortably hot) or a massive cold spot (uncomfortably cold) and if the original external door is removed making a spacious open-plan, you are contravening Building Control Regulations and affecting the temperature of the now joined up room.

As you can see, a proper Kitchen extension has provided ample room for cooking, entertaining and playing. And the space is comfortable all year round.
