The website www.elivate.uk.com is owned and operated by Elivate Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09035835 whose registered office is at 2 Ramsbury Drive, Earley, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 7RT, United Kingdom, referred to as “Us” “We”, “Our” and “Elivate”.

This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between You (the visitor to Our site) and Us under which You may access and use Our website, and applies to all users of and visitors to the site. Your use of Our site means that You accept and agree to abide by all of the policies in this acceptable use policy.

If You see any posting on the Website which You think does not conform to these standards or if You have a complaint about any posting or content on the Site then please use the report link where available or contact Us using the Email Us link on the Site.

These Rules for Submission are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

Contributions to the Website must:

  2. Be genuinely held (where they state opinions)
  3. Comply with applicable law in the United Kingdom and in any country from which they are posted
  4. Reference the sources of information and content as appropriate.

When using the Website, including any forum posting and/or submission of any comment, You agree not to use, or allow others to use, Your membership to:
