What do we mean by that?
Elivate Ltd has a long career in creating dream homes for our clients, but unlike most building firms, who want you to arrive with a full set of drawings from an architect, planning permission in place and engineers’ specs if needed, we love to meet with our clients when the project is only in their imagination.
We are about to share a recent project with a client, where they already had a loft room in their attic space, but it wasn’t functional and they needed additional headroom, a new ensuite and a roof replacement. This type of project would usually require the client to have a full set of drawings.
However in this case we have been able to create the drawings in-house using our structural engineer to provide the calculations and proceed with this project within the client’s tight time frame. They did have some very useful sketches from an Architect to get the conversation started and we were able to whittle the options down to a design that would suit the client’s needs.
We love working with all our affiliate partners and have many established relationships with some amazing architects and on certain building projects having a skilled architect is an essential part of getting planning permission and the right design for your extension or home conversion.
The project took us less than 3 months from start to finish and we left the clients with a stunning new Loft Space, with lots of new light, a stunning shower room and most importantly a safe living environment and whole new roof.
