The result was a transformation from a dark and dingy (and a bit scary) Utility room in to a practical Laundry room, Playroom and vaulted ceiling Dining room.
The front extension has a light well to encourage natural light and the rear extension has a retaining wall, creating a lovely courtyard dining area with steps up to the rest of the garden.
